It was an honour to know about Ato Ochan during his time undertaking a University Degree in Addis Ababa ‘s civil service college. Ochan was very articulate and brave. That transpires in his profession heading various departments following his graduation from the University. Ochan was an hero and a true advocate for human rights.
He will dearly be missed. He passing on has left a huge vaccum in Gambella. Ochan was one of the hero who had all the qualities of a worthy leader. His career was defined by merit uplifting so many young staff irrespective of their backgrounds or tribe.
